Have you received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card?

Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot in Cambridge.

Goods may be returned to the sender after 3 days if no response has been received to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ calling card that was posted or the ‘Sorry we missed you’ email sent.

Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.
